1) Purpose
These Terms govern your use of sasasak.net (the “Service”) operated by sasasak.net (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2) Definitions

- “Content” means posts, comments, messages, images, links, profiles, and any material you submit or display.

3) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

4) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- If local law requires it, minors must have verifiable parental/guardian consent.
- We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts for policy or legal violations.

5) Community Guidelines & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

6) Your Content: Ownership & License
- You retain ownership of your Content.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your Content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Service.
- Removing Content does not affect prior uses (e.g., backups, shares, caches). You represent you have the rights to post your Content.

7) Content Exposure & Ads
- Content may appear in feeds, search, recommendations, emails, or promotional placements for the Service.
- We may display advertising; ads may appear near or around Content.

8) Reporting, Takedowns, and Appeals
- Report suspected violations or rights infringements to support@sasasak.net.
- We may take actions including removal, blocking, or account restrictions.
- You may appeal moderation actions via support@sasasak.net.

9) Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes will be announced within the Service or via email when feasible.

10) Paid Features & Refunds (Optional)
If we offer paid items or subscriptions, prices, billing cycles, and refund terms will be disclosed at purchase and may be governed by app store/payment processor policies.

11) Third-Party Links & Services
We are not responsible for third-party sites or services linked from the Service. Their terms and privacy policies apply.

12) Intellectual Property
All Service software, branding, and design are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

13) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED), INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT OR (B) USD 50.

15) Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your Content or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

16) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion via support@sasasak.net. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or legal reasons.

17) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless local law mandates otherwise.

18) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the effective date and, for material changes, provide advance notice (at least 7 days; 30 days if changes are adverse).
